Adapted to each radiation treatment room, HIT (High Impact Technology) laser positioning systems are distinguished by the possibility of treating patients with high precision (up to +/- 0.1 mm). In addition, the adjustment of the equipment is done automatically and quickly. The HIT system optimizes the time spent treating patients and improves the working experience of professionals who operate the equipment.

CYRPA’s HIT patient positioning lasers enable faster and more accurate virtual simulation in radiotherapy, are compatible with all CT scanners.

The key advantage of the HIT configuration is that all lines are in independent boxes. This means that the adjustable positioning / fixation of the transverse lasers allows a deeper projection of the laser line (eg for larger patients).

With the simple push of a button, the diode laser cross or line can be red and/or green, each time with a positioning accuracy of +/- 0.1mm, providing more accurate and faster use. The dual diode can be tailored to each patient’s skin tone and has the advantage of built-in redundancy. Changing from one color to another is done remotely and instantly.

Laser beam adjustments are accessible remotely via a Tablet PC and a wireless network and with a PC in the control room with CYRPASoft. This adjustment session takes about 10 minutes. The system is coupled to a phantom for automatic adjustment of laser beams „SmartPhantom CT”.

CYRPA technology for mobile lasers includes a built-in microprocessor and encoder that provides real-time feedback to the software regarding the requested position. In addition, an external linear encoder checks the position of the optical head and double-checks its position to ensure the best accuracy in patient positioning.
